My phone will not launch an experience. What do I do?

In order to launch an experience using your iPhone app, the following steps must be taken…

  • Power on the VR phone
  • Connect the VR phone to WiFi
  • Open the PlayVR app

If these steps are taken correctly, you should see a countdown on your iPhone that prompts you to wear the headset and begin the experience. If they are not taken correctly, you will see an error message that asks you to try again (Figure 1).
