What happens if the headset or phone breaks?

The phone and headset are covered for 1 year under the Samsung manufacturing warranty. Call us at 844-857-0010 and we will facilitate a replacement of any damaged hardware covered under the warranty. However, the warranty does not cover user damage such as drops, spills, or water damage.
