What kind of information does EaseVR collect about me?

In order to create the best possible experience for you, EaseVR will collect some information about you and your utilization of the application. Below is a list of all the information we collect.

• Personal information including, for example, your name, e-mail address, telephone, credit or debit card or other payment information, information about your usage of the Products and information collected by tracking technologies as further described below that may identify you as an individual or allow online or offline contact with you as an individuals.

• Device Information such as operating system version, device type, and system performance information. It includes your demographic and health profile, device utilization logs, your activity and sleep tracking data, and your pain ratings. This information is stored locally on the device and app. If you sign up for an account, this information will be backed up to a secure server. De-identified data may be analyzed to help improve the appliedVR services and to conduct scientific and clinical research about chronic pain and chronic disease.

• Information collected via tracking technologies, as fully described in the section titled “Do the appliedVR Products use cookies?”

• Location information to ensure our Products have the correct time zone, time of day, and location to provide our services. You can opt-out of sharing your location with appliedVR; however, this may disable some features of our Products.

• Social media information if you provide your authorized use of testimonials, as it may help other individuals that suffer from a similar condition.
